From start to finish this was by far the easiest part of our landscaping project. The associate I spoke with on the phone took my info in a flash and we had a bin in the driveway that afternoon, delivered by a very courteous driver. We were done with the bin before the 6 days were up and a simple text message enabled us to arrange for an early pick up. What a friendly and impressively efficient company to deal with!

Super service! I had called another company first and was greeted by a person who couldn't have cared less if I rented from them. In fact she actually suggested I call elsewhere. So, you can only imagine how lovely it was to speak to the very helpful receptionist at Bin There. She helped me figure out what size bin I would need and was so pleasant in answering all my questions. The bin was delivered and picked up promptly by a very friendly driver. I can't recommend this company enough. Definitely my first go-to and will pass the word to anyone I know who is in need of a bin.

Complete surprise!!!!!! After speaking with the receptionist on the phone, my bin was delivered to my door the next day, despite the fact that I was unable to provide credit details because my Wife, 'Who works in the hospital' was not available. Absolutely the best customer service, right from the initial phone call, the delivery and pickup. BIN was very clean and sitting in laneway did not look out of place. Driver took great care to ensure the laneway was not marked or damaged when he laid the BIN down and took it away. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Great people, always very friendly! Bin There Dump That in Ottawa has the cleanest bins I have ever seen! The rental bin we got looked brand new and opening and closing the doors on the front of it was very easy. It was nice to be able to walk into the bin to put our junk into it rather than having to toss everything over the top. Greatly appreciate the effort to maintain your equipment! Great job!
